Flamble has designed a scheme as such to maximise the benefits your organisation will achieve. Firstly, we will compile verbal and written reports. Then, we will evaluate all the available options and with your approval we will conduct our recommendations where appropriate.

2. Increasing utilisation of existing software

In the hopes of improving their organisation's efficinecy many business' opt for quantity or the more complex programs to use. The irony is such that when this happens they find that the efficiency has not increased but that the increased complexity has caused more problems. With the amount of unknown possibilities within each software, untrained staff don't take full advantage of what is available to them.

Examples of our creative new systems of engagement with customers and employees :

Volunteer Management System (VMS) - This fully flexible Flamble development sysytem allows the management of volunteers working in many different areas within an organisation. Use it to assign roles, schedules, set reminders and watch the efficinecy of your business improve.
Trainee Management System (TMS) - An easy wasy of keeping track of all your trainees and the training courses they undertake for example till training for charities.
Security Entry Control System (SECS) - Connects an access camera(click the camera for more information about the access cameras Flamble provides) to an entry phone to enable control of the door and interaction with visitors, provided there are web enabled devices. Then simply press the button to open the door.
Time Integrated Tracking System - Software that gives you the ability to monitor employee activity. Furthermore, you will be able to, for example, oversee which clients were contacted for billing purposes.
System that enables you to send text messages to email and vice versa.
Collaborative Workflow - Easily designate jobs to appointed personnel. Organises and prioritises the work in a logical and sensible manner.
The Dashboard - This report and incentivising tool created within the workforce system allows the supervision of the amount of tickets each employee has done thus enabling you to clearly distinguish between who is being productive and who is not. The Dashboard is also used to encourage personnel as they are made aware of what is on the dashboard.
